The Paladin Orders page on the wiki offhandedly mentions rangers who serve the goddess Mystra, under the "Knights of the Mystic Fire" section:

This order of paladins and rangers serves Mystra [...] The rangers (sometimes called the Order of the Shooting Star) serve as long-range scouts and spies for the church and deal with magical threats against the natural order, such as rampaging monsters and creatures born of mad experimentation.

This is further corroborated by the Forgotten Realms wiki, which itself gets its stuff from Faiths & Avatars, which echoes the same wording as on the wiki.

The church also sponsors a knightly order of paladins and a small order of rangers [...] The rangers, known as the Order of the Shooting Star, also receive their spells from Mystra. They serve as long-range scouts and spies for the church and also deal with magical threats that threaten the natural order of things, such as unloosed tanar’ri and baatezu and creatures born of irresponsible wizardly experimentation.

Faiths and Pantheons, the 3e equivalent, tells the same story:

The church also sponsors a knightly society of paladins, a small order of rangers, and an assembly of bards [...] The rangers, known as the Order of the Shooting Star, serve as long-range scouts and spies for the church. They also deal with magical threats against the natural order of things, such as unloosed fiends and creatures born of irresponsible arcane experimentation.

However, Mystra isn't actually mentioned as a valid ranger patron on either the Pantheons and Patrons or Nature Patrons pages.

My suggestion is to add her as a valid ranger god in keeping with the wiki and source material above. There are obviously a lot of interesting character angles on a Mystran ranger given the volatility of magic in the setting.
