More mid-range lodging options within Murann

Just throwing this one out there, I know it would take a lot of work so I'm not demanding anything nor getting my hopes up. But as it stands, PCs generally stay in the Captain's Cabin (which has a grand total of 3 rooms), the Swinging Berth (which is poor as hell and kind of nasty), or the Low Dog (which is awesome but poor and a lot of PCs don't enter the Lower Boroughs); considering the low capacity of the Cabin and the poverty of the other two places, I think it could be cool to see another mid-range option within the city open up for PCs to stay at. I swear to GOD the Kingfisher's Nest, for example, was a thing during the 2024 launch, but I could easily be misremembering.

You literally read my mind! I was just thinking the other day that it would be interesting to have lodging houses around the square or market for the caste between serf and noble. Even when player housing is introduced, it would be interesting to see (perhaps player-owned) lodging houses where they sub-let individual or smaller rooms rather than everyone owning a house!
