I like that I can make a small amount of coin off npcs with my Skulk background ability, but it just feels like the ability to do that shouldn't be tied to a background ability and should be something anyone with sleight of hand ranks should be able to do. The Skulk ability should either give you another use of it or be reflavored into something more like the artist background, where it gives a temporary bonuses to sleight of hand checks.
