After playing Warden for about six weeks, I have some thoughts on the class.

While it is an excellent party support tool, it has an intention of being a main-line tank, but it doesn't actually get any consistent support to better deal with incoming damage until level 10. It only has personal power for 4 rounds every 5 minutes, which is a strange state of affairs.

It has a dead level at 3, so I'd like to suggest one extra feature to sprinkle on just a little survivability:

Battlefield Resilience (Warden 3)
In the throes of battle, you find untapped reserves of endurance within yourself. Every time you hit an enemy, you have a 5% chance to gain temporary hitpoints equal to your Charisma modifier (min 1) for one turn. Multiple triggers can stack up to a maximum of twice your Charisma modifier.

In addition, I'd integrate this into the level 10 features:
Overpower: While wielding a two-handed weapon, the warden gains a +1 dodge bonus to armor class per 6 class levels (rounded down). Your chance to trigger Battlefield Resilience increases to 10%.
Shield Wall: While wielding a shield, the warden has a 5% chance to gain 10% physical damage immunity every time they are struck. While their current hit point total is below 50% of their maximum hit point total, the chance increases to 25%. Duration of the immunity is 1 round + 1 round per 6 class levels. Additionally triggers Battlefield Resilience.

I think this would encourage Wardens to be most effective actually taking enemy blows, instead of standing next to a fighter with high Dex and giving them AC to tank on their behalf.
