Description: The caster’s mournful song saps the will of those who hear it. While in the radius of the song, allies and enemies alike suffer -2 Strength and -2 Dexterity. Additionally, for each round the song is active, listeners take 5d6 Sonic damage (maximum 15d6) and anyone in the radius of the song on the final round must make a Will saving throw or be stunned for 1 round. The caster is rooted in place and cannot take any other action for the duration of the song.
