I intend to play a Wild Elf of the Forest of Shadows, known as Shilmista Forest. Upon checking the geography information, it says: "Lying west of the Snowflakes, the forest has been sometimes considered within the territory of Amn or Tethyr, depending on the state of those countries' borders."
What do I choose as Country of Origin? Given the secluded society of Wild elves of Shilmista (and also in general), as well as King Eleberth's 'standing order to kill anyone who felled tree or elf.' I might as well just choose Foreign
I mean, it MIGHT be relevant in case of legal consequences, wether in Amn or in Tethyr. What do you think?
